Description

This beautiful beachfront accommodation with its own footpath to the beach.

This is a Blue flag beach with lifesavers.

The house offers the following:
Open plan kitchen, dining area, and family room that has a flat-screen TV with DSTV connections.
The DSTV can be activated for a fee of R30 per day.
Own decoder, smartcard & remote can be used.

Two bedrooms with linen, please bring your own towels.
One Bathroom - Shower & Basin, separate toilet with basin.

The living/dining area walks out onto a deck with a full view of the ocean.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, double door Fridge/Freezer.
The entrance to the house is via the kitchen door.
We regret there is no washing machine, nearest Laundromat at De Dekke Spar in Great Brak.

The dining area has a view of the ocean and an extra bar fridge.

At the back of the house on the mountain view side is a stainless steel built-in braai with patio furniture
the deck wraps around the house up to the main bedroom with the Seaview.
The main bedroom has a sliding door that walks out onto the front deck.
The second bedroom has a mountain view.

No Smoking Allowed in the house.

No Pets allowed.

Alarm & Beam System.

1 Parking behind a gate, the other parking has covered shaded parking.

Safe neighborhood.
