Both bedrooms walk out on a terrace overlooking the Great Brak River.
Each room has its own flat screen tv.
These two bedroom can also be accessed through a gate on the side of the house.

Exiting the entrance hall to the rest of the house is down a few steps, taking you into the courtyard with fountains and a heated pool.
There is a built braai for outside use with a Tv just above the braai. The bar is situated across from the braai area for guests to enjoy the tv and the pool area.
There is also a guest toilet on this side for when guests are using the pool.
There is a sound system in the courtyard for use.

The open-plan lounge, dining room, and kitchen offer all the luxuries that will be needed for your stay.

The main bedroom is equipped with double vanity and a full bathroom with a flat-screen tv, and patio doors on both sides of the room.

The fourth bedroom is in the Cellar downstairs and there is another bathroom with a shower, toilet, and basin.


The house is fully fenced with electric fencing, an alarm system, camera system.

All linen and bath towels are supplied, please bring your own beach towels.
